In the area of the two mountains Eggli and Videmanette, the focus is on pleasure. In winter, the boutique ski area offers pleasure on and off the ski slopes. The culinary highlight is the mountain restaurant Eggli. The Videmanette also offers a great summit enjoyment in the mountain restaurant. In summer the Videmanette around the lime pillar "le Rubli" offers real alpine kick. Climbing fans can choose from three via ferrata of different degrees of difficulty in summer. Skiers will also find the longest ski run in the Destination, from La Videmanette down to Rougemont.
Highlights Winter
The ski area between the Eggli and La Videmanette is especially suitable for connoisseurs. The focus is not on the number of kilometres of slopes. Rather, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the impressive landscape with its perfectly groomed pistes. Thanks to the modern cable cars and chair lift, winter sports enthusiasts can reach the ski area quickly and comfortably. Various restaurants and bars along the pistes invite you to enjoy yourself after your run. The highlight for all connoisseurs, the mountain restaurant Eggli, which opened in winter 2020/21. In addition, the Eggli Lounge opened its doors in winter 2021/22 with an uncomplicated, small menu for everyone.
Highlights Summer
In summer, the terrace of mountain restaurant La Videmanette offers breathtaking views of the Bernese and Vaud Alps. The three fixed rope routes with difficulties from K1 to K5 offer a challenge for beginners and advanced climbers alike. The climbing is always worthwhile, with the panoramic view from the summit of the "Rublihorn". A large network of hiking trails awaits hikers, which lead beyond the language- and cantonal borders. Between the Videmanette and the Eggli there are numerous alpine farms where the local farmers summer their animals.
