A successful event needs three main ingredients: plenty of scope and space for your ideas, overnight accommodation, and catering for your guests. Here, in Gstaad, you’ll find it all, whatever the season. Right across the board, with something to suit every taste and every requirement: from authentic original alpine huts to luxury hotels. And if you’re so spoilt for choice you find it hard to reach a decision, then simply mix-’n’-match to your heart’s content - and dazzle your guests by offering more than one location.
Up in the mountains - Mountain restaurant Eggli
Since winter 2021, the destination has a new mountain restaurant. In winter, the Eggli can be booked as an exclusive location in the evenings, in summer all day. The offer in the bright restaurant can be supplemented with an aperitif or lunch in the Eggli Lounge or cooking on an open fire. In addition to events, the restaurant and even the valley station are suitable as seminar locations.

Up in the mountains - Wasserngrat
The restaurant, which seats up to 160 people indoors, is distinctively cosy in appearance, with a meticulous attention to detail. The terrace offers additional space for functions outdoors or under a stylish marquee. The Wasserngrat certainly boasts a unique location, set within a breathtaking mountain landscape with panoramic views. Exclusive functions and celebrations are organised all year round, with a great deal of importance attached to top-quality regional produce.

Up in the mountains - Refuge de l'Espace
The Refuge l’Espace is just a short ride away by Snow Bus from Glacier 3000. This small authentic restaurant with its genuine alpine hut atmosphere accommodates a maximum of 28 diners. In this high-alpine setting the gaze is naturally drawn to the Swiss mountain landscape.

Up in the mountains - Berghaus Wispile
The cosy Berghaus Wispile is located high above Gstaad. Several rooms are available, not to mention a spacious terrace for up to 150 guests.

Up in the mountains - Walighütte
The Walighütte is located in the peaceful natural surroundings of the Saanenland, some 40 minutes away by car. The chalet is ideally suited for wedding ceremonies and celebrations as well as seminars. More intimate functions for up to 18 guests can be held in the traditional kitchen, with the barn providing ample space for larger groups of up to 70 people. The Walighütte is available from May to October, weather permitting.

Up in the mountains - Chessle Stube Berghotel Hornberg
The picturesque Hornberg nestles between Rinderberg and Horneggli. This traditional mountain hotel is able to accommodate up to 150 guests in a variety of rooms and Stuben. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the Chessle Stube, which has been incorporated into what used to be a barn.

Up in the mountains - Site Alp
The venue up on the farmed mountain pasture is located inside a log cabin, with a charm all of its own. The premises are suitable for celebrations and meetings alike, and events can be organised there even during the winter months (excl. November). The meals are simple, but delicious. The farm’s own produce is used whenever possible.

Traditional - Les Ouges
The season in Les Ouges is a short one: the cosy alpine hut can be rented from mid-June through to August (approx.). Situated in a secluded spot on the edge of the forest, it is the ideal venue for big-style celebrations, with between 30 and 170 guests accommodated in the various rooms.

Traditional - Tschärzis
Here, between November and April, winter wonderland fairy-tales are set to become true. The hut is suitable for a maximum of 30 dinner or cocktail guests. Meals in the traditional kitchen are still prepared over an open hearth.

Traditional - Michels Stallbeizli
This exceptional restaurant on the outskirts of Gstaad stands out also by virtue of its unique views, with cows, calves and goats visible through the large picture windows. In winter the Michel family serves up delicious Gstaad fondues and raclettes and, in summer, barbecues. Over the summer months the farm premises can also be used by groups to stage farmyard olympiads.

Traditional - Landhaus Saal
Alongside other renowned hotels, the Hotel Restaurant Landhaus boasts the largest function room anywhere in the Saanenland. While the grand hall is ideal for large functions, the smaller room and meeting room can be booked for events on a smaller scale.

Traditional - Bächlihof
These comfortable premises run by the Raaflaub family are located between Gstaad and Schönried. The cosy atmosphere of the Stube is so authentically original that guests feel transported back in time, illustrating yet another completely different facet of Gstaad as a resort and destination.

Traditional - Viviane's Burestübli
Viviane von Siebenthal welcomes diners to her rustic farm-restaurant between late December and March, serving farmhouse specialities such as raclettes and fondues. And the wonderful thing is that all the fantastic views are included.

Traditional - Bochtehus Beizli
The Bochtehus, run by the Reichenbach family, is more than 300 years old and located between Lauenen and the fabled Lauenensee. The building has been lovingly renovated with meticulous attention to detail and welcomes its guests over the winter months. A visit to the Bochtehus Beizli can be ideally combined with a horse-drawn carriage ride as the owners also operate a year-round horse-drawn carriage business.

Lake views - Bühlhaus
The Bühlhaus is situated in a unique location slightly above Lauenensee. Set in unique unspoilt natural surroundings the premises are ideal for private functions. The catering itself is at the client’s discretion. The venue is approx. 10 minutes from the car park at Lauenensee, but access by car from the car park is subject to an exemption permit.

Lake views - Forellensee
Zweisimmen offers its many guests an exceptionally diverse location. All kinds of premises, including the yurt for 80 people, are ideally suited for private functions, weddings, but also seminars and meetings. The team is also happy to assist with organising a social programme directly on the site of the trout lake. Yes, fishing is also an option here…

Lake views - Huus am Arnensee
A lesser known gem awaits nature lovers a good 30 minutes or so away from Gstaad. Surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery the Huus am Arnensee has everything to help forget the worries of everyday life. The sun terrace has wonderful views of the lake and the ruggedly romantic mountains.

Festival tent Gstaad
The large festival tent Gstaad is the venue for top international events, including the Gstaad Menuhin Festival and the Country Night Gstaad. The rest of the year the tent is also available for hire for special occasions.

Indoor tennis court
The indoor tennis court is available for hire for major events. The rooms can be partitioned off individually so that memorable events can be organised in a stylish décor.

Indoor Curling rink
The indoor curling rink is also part of the sports centres. In winter the ice rink is of course bustling with curling stones and players, but in summer it can also be used to stage various events.

Simmental Arena
Located in Zweisimmen, the Simmental Arena provides an attractive venue for all kinds of events and occasions, with either up to 100 guests in the restaurant or 192 on the gallery level. The entire arena can also be rented for large-scale events.
