They sprout from the ground and dangle from the bushes in all colours and shapes. Bert Inäbnit takes his guests on a walk through the forest and explains the special properties of the local wild mushrooms and berries. The retired architect, ornithologist and mushroom expert knows his stuff: he has written a number of nature books and runs the smallest nature museum in Switzerland.

Saanen Mustard Production with Léonie Müller

The people of Saanenland put their own twist on the traditional mustard recipe many years ago: in addition to mustard seeds, Saanen mustard contains cherry purée instead of the usual grape juice.
